Robritex, S.A DE C.V. located at Calle de la nuez No 1005, 72770 Santa María Acuexcomac, Puebla, México and with RFC ROB010614N49, hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY,” in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the applicable legal framework, hereby provides you with this Privacy Notice.

PROCESSING AND PURPOSE BY THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.

Within the scope of the “COMPANY’s” corporate purpose, which is the Manufacturing and sale of all kinds of textile articles, this “COMPANY” collects personal data for the proper and necessary fulfillment of its functions as well as the obligations acquired or to be acquired with clients, suppliers, employees, collaborators, and any user of the “COMPANY’s” products and services.

Any request for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection must contain the following information:

Name of the owner, address, and email address to communicate the response to your request Legible documents proving the identity and/or legal representation of the owner Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which any of the aforementioned rights are sought to be exercised. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data. In case you need to revoke the consent granted for the processing and transfer of personal data, you must do so in writing to the (UDP). The response deadlines for your request are:

Fifteen business days from the date on which the request for rectification, access, cancellation, or objection was submitted to the “COMPANY” for the response and the action taken for each case.

Fifteen business days counted from the moment the response is given, in the event that the request is granted. Deadlines that, if necessary, may be extended for equivalent periods and only once in each case and only in cases where it is deemed necessary due to complexity or merit.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

It is important to mention that the “COMPANY” has the right at all times to unilaterally modify its privacy policy and/or this privacy notice and/or by operation of law, court order, or a change in the Mexican legal framework.
